HECTOR LARIVÉE, A MAJOR ASSET
Founded 1991 by six independent American distributors in the food service industry, PRO*ACT is otherwise known as Produce Regional Operators Advancing Cooperative Trade. Since then, the majority of distributors associated with PRO*ACT are businesses belonging to a family venture going back many generations. After 13 years as a distributive member, Hector Larivée was selected in June of last year by the other members of PRO*ACT to be the one and only member in Québec and to become one of two members in Canada. “The various resources of Hector Larivée, leader of the food market in Québec, brings a strong and distinct asset to the PRO*ACT network”, affirms M.
