Being the president of Hector Larivée, a Québec family business serving local chefs and cooks, is a true honour – a feeling that our collaborators and ambassadors both share. Their exceptional dedication is regularly recognized by our clientele, to whom they offer fresh, quality products. In fact, our team works tirelessly to maintain the best possible service that can be offered in the agribusiness industry. Having never taken our customers for granted, we continuously adapt to their demands by putting in place all necessary measures.
The Hector Larivée team strongly encourages local employment. To do this, we work in close collaboration with Quebec farmers and prioritize purchasing locally, all while ensuring food safety. From this reason, we have chosen to be the owners of our own experimental garden, to which we have given the name « Jardins des Saveurs ». Diverse varieties of products are planned, created, and cultivated in order to respond to the specific demands of the chefs we serve. Mindful of the details that matter, some of our clients entrust us with the task of developing fruits and vegetables on a custom basis according to their needs.
Wishing to ensure the sustainability of our business, we are preparing our successors for the new challenges that await them. The fourth generation of Larivée’s is already at the service of our loyal clients and are contributing to the advancement of our business to the beat of the current era.
