Mini cream puffs in 6 flavours. They also offer petits fours\ntrays including tarts, ganaches, brownies, cheesecakes and more. Trays of fine\nchocolate candy. Once again this year, it is the colourful chocolate lollipops\nthat are the favourite of the public and restaurant owners. It goes without\nsaying that their flavours, textures and aesthetics leave no one in the dark.\nAs for new products, they have introduced the mini-tropeziennes, which come\nfrom an authentic French Riviera recipe. Mini-tropeziennes are small butter\nbrioche filled with mousseline and sprinkled with crunchy pearl sugar. In\naddition to all this, it is also possible to take their pastries and\npersonalize them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their research and development team travels across Canada to find out what the market needs by meeting the chefs directly. This continuous research allows them to be a reference in the field of top-of-the-range flash-frozen products.
